Overview

Amy Feng, managing partner and founding partner of Wu, Feng & Zhang, is an attorney-at-law, patent attorney and trademark attorney and a member of the standing committee of the biotech/pharmaceuticals committee of AIPPI (formerly co-chair).

She has spent 29 years in IP practice, specializing in all phases of patent prosecution, reexamination, invalidation, FTO analysis, patent litigation and counseling and trademark registration and litigation in the technical fields of biotech, pharmaceuticals, organic chemistry, chemical engineering, materials and medical devices.

Feng frequently represents innovative companies and has been lead counsel in patent invalidations, patent administrative litigations and patent infringement litigations against generic companies in pharmaceutical and biotech fields. One case Feng handled concerning the validity of a Chinese patent has been selected as representative case by the Supreme People’s Court of China. Several patent infringement cases Feng has handled have been recognized as the leading cases by IP practitioners.
