Vincent Su is a seasoned trademark specialist whose expertise lies in developing international trademark strategies and managing comprehensive trademark portfolios. With over a decade of experience in trademark law, both in China and internationally since 2008, Su specializes in providing sophisticated consultancy, negotiation services, and a wide array of trademark-related legal services on a global scale.

Su focuses on high-end international trademark consultancy and portfolio management, demonstrating significant proficiency in delivering high-quality trademark services to clients worldwide. Through his extensive practice, he has assisted numerous clients in establishing, managing and leveraging their international trademark portfolios while defending against trademark infringement claims. Additionally, he ensures the protection of clients’ international trademark rights and supports their strategic expansion into global markets.

Su is deeply involved in matters concerning national trademark registrations across various jurisdictions as well as international trademark registration via the Madrid System. He has amassed substantial experience in trademark registration processes, infringement risk assessments, prosecution procedures, and dispute resolution, including oppositions, refusal reviews, appeals, non-use cancellations, invalidation actions and administrative litigation.

Skills and achievements:

· As a specially invited lecturer of the Beijing Intellectual Property Public Service Center, he delivered both online and offline lectures on international trademark protection to multiple enterprises.

· As a lecturer for the Beijing Rights Protection Center and the Capital Intellectual Property Services Association, he recorded an advanced course titled “Intellectual Property Risk Prevention for Enterprises Going Global and Intellectual Property Risk Warning Before Product Export.”

· As a specially invited researcher at the Capital Intellectual Property International Exchange and Cooperation Base of Beijing International Studies University (BISU), he drafted trademark registration practices for numerous countries.
