Overview

Yi Zheng spent three years working at a hospital in Seoul, South Korea. Before joining Unitalen, she was employed at a local patent agency for four years, where she managed the prosecution of hundreds of patent applications in fields such as chemicals, cosmetics, and LEDs. Since early 2011, Zheng has served as a patent attorney at Unitalen Attorneys at Law, overseeing the firm’s Korea practice and client portfolio. She has handled numerous patent application cases, including many complex and challenging matters related to reexamination, invalidation and litigation. Additionally, she has provided legal opinions on patentability, patent validity and other issues for prominent companies both domestically and internationally, particularly major South Korean enterprises.
