UK - based Taylor Vinters has named Henry Goodwin as a partner in its Singapore office. The firm’s Singapore office specializes in providing legal support for technology, investment and private wealth activities across Asia Pacific.
After beginning his career in London, Goodwin moved to Singapore in early 2008. He has since provided corporate and commercial advice to a variety of Asia-based companies, from technology start ups to MNCs and private investment organizations. He specializes in the delivery of commercial sourcing solutions to clients in the technology, media, FMCG and professional services sectors, as well as advising on cross-border venture capital and M&A.
