Tilleke & Gibbins Has Promoted Four Attorneys

Tilleke & Gibbins has promoted four attorneys to the firm’s partnership, effective January 2013, including Sukontip Jitmongkolthong of the firm’s intellectual property team. Jitmongkolthong, who focusses on IP enforcement, acts for leading apparel, automotive, electronic, and fashion companies to investigate infringers, draft warning letters, conduct mediations and negotiations, and collaborate with the police, the Department of Special Investigation, and Customs in raid actions and other enforcement measures. With a practice spanning Thailand, Cambodia, Laos, and Myanmar, she frequently trains government authorities on product identification to help improve IP enforcement efforts in the region.
The firm now has five partners and 43 associates in its Bangkok IP group, as well as a growing team in Vietnam.
