Arthur Mok Has Joined Ropes & Gray

Arthur Mok has joined Ropes & Gray from Hogan & Hartson, where he was managing partner of that firm’s Shanghai office. Mok is a leading corporate lawyer with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, private equity financing and other commercial transactions, with a particular focus on life sciences. He will be a partner in the firm’s private equity and life sciences practices. Mok’s appointment is one of the firm’s initial steps toward opening a new office in Shanghai; it currently advises international clients, including Chinese companies, from its offices in Hong Kong, Tokyo and London, and throughout the United States.
