Spruson & Ferguson (Australia) has named Elizabeth Barrett a principal in its Sydney office. She is a registered Australian and New Zealand patent attorney, as well as a registered Australian trademark attorney. After completing her PhD, she was the recipient of a Skaggs Postdoctoral Fellowship at the Scripps Research Institute in La Jolla, California, where her postdoctoral research focused on the synthesis of functionalized capsules and an investigation into their dynamic self-assembly.
