Overview

Linda Xu joined Dragon Intellectual Property Law Firm in 1999, where she specializes in foreign-related patent prosecution and litigation in the technical fields of electronics, electronic engineering, communications, semiconductor technology and automatic control.

In 2010, she was appointed general manager of Dragon IP. Leveraging her solid technical background and expertise in both Chinese and U.S. law, she has personally handled hundreds of domestic and international invention patent applications and has successfully represented numerous domestic and foreign clients in several high-profile patent invalidation cases.

As a partner at the firm, Xu frequently represents Dragon at various international IP conferences and engages in professional exchanges with foreign law firms. She was invited to Italy as a representative, where she delivered a presentation on the Chinese intellectual property system at a conference organized by the Italian Intellectual Property Lawyers’ Association. Additionally, she was invited as a lecturer to discuss the differences between Japan’s intellectual property system and China’s for patent agents.

Xu is a committee member of Chinese National group of AIPPI and she has been selected for the Beijing Intellectual Property Expert Database.
