Overview

Ms. Kwon is a senior trademark attorney at Kim & Chang.
She is a member of the firm's Intellectual Property,
Trademark, Copyright, and Design Practices. She has
managed and advised on a vast number of trademark
portfolios for various companies including l'Oreal, Chanel,
Richemont group, and Hermes, among many others, in
Korea for over 30 years.
She provides creative strategies for her clients, and
in doing so, is a pioneer in her field, contributing in the
development of new case law and enforcing her clients'
intellectual property rights in Korea.
