Overview

Pattaravadee Kongcharoenniwat (Dee) is a highly experienced professional with over two decades of expertise in intellectual property (IP). Dee began her career as an associate in an IP law firm, where she honed her skills in the field. She later joined AWP & Alliance Ltd. (AWP), previously known as Apisith & Alliance Ltd., as a senior associate and was subsequently promoted to partner in 2015.

Dee is a specialist in trademark and patent registration and prosecution, including designs. With expertise in assisting both inbound and outbound clients, she provides tailored and comprehensive advice that considers the practical aspects of their business operations. Dee's proficiency has been acknowledged by IP-related authorities, who have entrusted her with project coordination. Notable examples include her involvement in projects such as the DIP: Study Report on the Madrid Protocol, OHIM: ECAP III Phase II project, WIPO: Translation of MGS, and DIP-WIPO: Translation of Guides for local MSMEs, among others.

As of February 1, 2023, AWP and JTJB International Lawyers Co., Ltd. (JTJB) have merged. JTJB, a constituent of JOSEPH TAN JUDE BENNY LLP, operates as the main office in Singapore, specializing in maritime law, real estate, and conveyancing. In Bangkok, JTJB established its presence in September 2005, focusing on shipping and maritime affairs, dispute resolution, corporate and M&A, project development, as well as tax and customs matters. This merger significantly expands the range of services available to our clients. Dee, as a partner in the IP Practice for JTJB, brings over two decades of expertise to the firm, complementing JTJB's strong litigation capabilities.
