A proven leader in the IP field, Dr. Satyapon is one of the foremost IP practitioners in Thailand, having started working in this field when few knew the intricacies of IP law. Dr. Satyapon graduated from George Washington Law School and has been practicing exclusively in the field of intellectual property law for over 35 years, founding Satyapon & Partners Limited in 1995. He has consistently been ranked as one of the best IP lawyers in Thailand, has served in numerous committees to oversee the development of IP law in Thailand, including IP Law Development Committee for the Ministry of Commerce to help draft the current Trademark Act. He also served as President of Intellectual Property Association of Thailand (IPAT) for five consecutive terms, Vice-President of AIPPI in Thailand for over 10 years, and Intellectual Property expert to the Thai Trademark Board, and has been awarded by several publications over three decades for his crowning achievements in the IP field.
