Overview

Hau has been practicing intellectual property law as a registered IP attorney and Attorney at law for 15 years, starting in a renowned UK firm in Vietnam before becoming Vietnam Country Manager and then Deputy Director of SE Asia of SCHMITT & ORLOV. She is the official external IP expert of European IPR Helpdesk. She is also the IP Arbitrator at Vietnam Trader Arbitration Centre and the visiting IP professor at the Federal University of Toulouse Midi-Pyrénées.

Hau is seasoned in both contentious and noncontentious matters, and her practice concentrateson providing expert advice on both prosecution and enforcement of intellectual property rights in Vietnam and South East Asia. Apart from advising on portfolio management and general IP strategies, Hau has experiences in handling IP disputes for local and international clients.
