Overview

Ngoc Ly Nguyen is a senior associate at Bizconsult Law Firm and has been with the firm since 2016. Her practice focuses on intellectual property, franchise and technology transfer matters, particularly in the context of foreign businesses entering and operating in Vietnam.

Nguyen is recognised in Asia IP’s Vietnam’s IP Experts 2025 and continues to be recognised in 2026 for her work in trademarks, enforcement, licensing and franchising.

She advises multinational and Vietnamese clients on the protection and commercial use of intellectual property rights, including trademarks, copyright and industrial designs. Her work also covers licensing arrangements and technology transfer matters in Vietnam. Her experience includes both advisory and implementation work, including registrations, assignments, licensing and enforcement matters.
