Overview

Mr. Tuan is the Managing Partner at bizconsult law firm, a reputation and professional law firm in Vietnam. He has been practicing the business law since 1998, and advising considerable number of foreign investors, foreign-invested companies, banks, NGOs, and Vietnamese companies in various business areas such as mergers and acquisitions, real estate, companies, IP, franchise, employment, fintech, retail business, loan transactions, etc.

He was ranked in the "A-List of Vietnam's Top 100 Lawyers" for 2021 and 2022 by Asia Business Law Journal; the “Leading IP Lawyer in Vietnam” by Asia Law (Hong Kong); “The M&A Deal of Year in Vietnam” by Asian Counsel (Hong Kong) for a M&A deal where he acted as counsel for foreign investor to acquire a local company of large-scaled garment factory; "The Landmark of Trademark Cancellation Case in Vietnam” by Asia IP (Hong Kong) where he acted as a counsel for a local pharmaceutical manufacturer.

Tuan is active co-author of the Vietnam Guide of the International Franchise Sales Law Book published by American Bar Association Forum, providing foreign investors and franchisers with comprehensive guidance on franchise business in Vietnam, and Vietnam Guide of the Public Mergers & Acquisitions Book published by Law Business Research Ltd (Lexology Getting The Deal Through) in London, providing foreign investors with comprehensive guidance on M&A in Vietnam, which are all annually updated
