Adrian Yip joins Han Kun Law Offices

Adrian Yip has joined Han Kun Law Offices as a partner. Yip, who joins the Beijing-based firm from Morrison Foerster, will join the firm’s Hong Kong associated firm, Miao & Co.

Yip specializes in disputes resolution and handles cross-border disputes and commercial litigation with particular focus on asset recovery, corporate restructuring and compliance, internal investigations, and disputes involving intellectual property matters. He was the Asia head of Winston & Strawn’s litigation practice before joining Morrison Foerster.

Law firms
