Dentons combines with PSJ Law

International law firm Dentons has launched its combination with Philippine firm Puyat, Jacinto & Santos (PJS Law). The combination, effective from February 5, 2024, brings together PSJ Law’s 59 lawyers and professionals with the Dentons network of more than 160 offices in 80 countries, including six existing offices in ASEAN countries.

PJS Law’s IP team is jointly led by partners Joshua Gilbert and Miguel Mandoza.

The combination is the result of a longstanding relationship between the two firms. “This combination represents a significant milestone in our commitment to delivering the highest standards of legal excellence and service to our clients,” said Regina Jacinto-Barrientos, CEO and co-founder of PJS Law.

“Our shared commitment to delivering exceptional client service in one of the world’s most dynamic and strategically important markets brought our two firms together,” continued Elliott Portnoy, global CEO of Dentons. “This important combination enables us to meet our clients’ evolving and complex needs in the Philippines, across ASEAN and around the world.”

PJS Law is a full-service law firm in the Philippines, particularly known for energy and infrastructure, projects, mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance, capital markets and dispute resolution. Dentons operates in over 80 countries, including 10 across Asia and the Pacific.
