Rachel Pieris promoted to senior associate at DLA Piper in Dubai

Rachel Pieris has been promoted to senior associate in the Dubai office of DLA Piper, where she is a member of the firm’s intellectual property and technology practice.
Pieris has a particular focus on trademark and copyright prosecution and infringement and IP commercialization services in both national and international transactions.
Her clients include companies in a range of sectors including consumer goods, food and beverages, and entertainment. Her experience also includes technology and brand licensing, advertising and domain name dispute resolution. She is a solicitor in the High Court of Australia and the Supreme Court of New South Wales.
DLA Piper promoted 11 lawyers have been promoted to senior associate and legal director roles across key practice areas in the Middle East and Africa, including corporate, finance, intellectual property and technology, litigation and regulatory, and tax.
