Rouse Announces Tim Smith Executive

The firm also announced that London-based Tim Smith has been promoted to executive. Smith, who is deputy international service head for Asia litigation, has particular experience in online copyright infringement strategies in China, where he has been responsible for a number of high profile litigation cases, including the groundbreaking action for the recording industry against Yahoo! China regarding the operation of its specialist music search service. Smith will transition to Rouse’s Beijing office, where he will oversee the firm’s Asia Litigation Group.
