Zhengfa Wang Has Joined Hylands Law Firm In Beijing As Partner

Zhengfa Wang has joined Hylands Law Firm in Beijing as a partner. Wang joins the firm from China Patent Agent (HK), where he was senior counsel.

Wang was director of the Developing Countries (PCT) Division of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) from 1992 to 2005 and was president of CCPIT Patent Agency (now CCPIT Patent and Trademark Law Office) in the early 1990s. Wang is an arbitrator at China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) and is currently an advisor of the China Copyright Society and a member of the Shanghai Intellectual Property Expert Consultative Committee. He has written on a wide range of industrial property subjects; his books include Trademark Fundamentals, How to Choose and Use Trademarks – 101 Examples and Patents, Trademarks, Copyright and Industrial Designs.
