Vara Gaur joins Saga Legal’s disputes team

Vara Gaur has joined Saga Legal as a partner in the firm’s dispute resolution practice in New Delhi, where she will lead the firm’s technology, media and telecom (TMT) disputes vertical.
Gaur brings nearly a decade of experience representing Indian and international clients before the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, arbitral tribunals, and regulatory authorities. Her practice focuses on digital platform regulation, online content disputes, telecom compliance, data privacy and regulatory investigations.
Known for her courtroom clarity, strategic acumen, and deep understanding of fast-evolving regulatory frameworks, Gaur is an alumna of Faculty of Law, University of Delhi, and holds a BBA from Amity University. She joined the firm from Aretha Legal.
