Michael Vella Has Joined The Shanghai Office Of Jones Day
Michael Vella has joined the Shanghai office of Jones Day, where he is a partner in the firm’s intellectual property practice. Vella is a trial lawyer with more than 20 years of experience handling high stakes commercial disputes, including substantial intellectual property, contract and securities litigation matters for a broad range of clients in the consumer electronics, semiconductor and biotechnology industries. He joined the firm from Morrison Foerster, where he was a Shanghai-based partner and head of the firm’s China litigation practice.
