Overview

Justin Thien Wei Phua graduated from the University of York with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B Hons) in July 2016. He completed the Bar Professional Training Course in City, University of London and is a member of Lincoln’s Inn, London, having been called to the English Bar in November 2017. He was admitted as an advocate and solicitor in Brunei Darussalam in October 2018. He has completed the JPO/PR Training Course for IP Practitioners in 2021 organized by the Japan Patent Office. He advises on intellectual property matters with a primary focus on trademark registration and opposition matters for both international and domestic clients.
