Greta Habib joins Greenberg Traurig in Dubai

Greta Habib has joined global law firm Greenberg Traurig as a shareholder in Dubai. Habib, a corporate/commercial lawyer, was previously a senior lawyer at Al Tamimi & Company in Dubai; she also has founded and led two cross-border corporate law firms in Beirut and Dubai, spearheading strategic growth, innovation, and client engagement across jurisdictions. 

As a core part of her commercial practice, Habib assists clients across industries with drafting, negotiating, and enforcing a wide range of commercial contracts, including strategic commercial, market entry and operational, ecommerce and digital business, regulatory and sector-specific, risk management and dispute prevention agreements. Her corporate/commercial experience also includes drafting and negotiating licensing, distribution, franchising and commercial agency agreements. Her clients include multinational corporations, governmental organizations, high-net-worth individuals and family enterprises across diverse business sectors in the MENA region.
