Kay Moon promoted to principal at Baker McKenzie Wong & Leow

Kay Moon has been promoted to principal in the M&A practice at Baker McKenzie Wong & Leow in Singapore. Moon, who joins the firm from Linklaters and was previously based in Hong Kong and London, brings with her deep experience in advising major international clients on significant corporate and M&A transactions across a wide range of sectors, including technology, energy, natural resources and infrastructure. Moon, who is fluent in Korean, also has extensive experience in advising Korean clients on their outbound investments.
